At Made To Lactate, we pour our heart into every product we create. Each order is carefully blended, packed, and inspected with love because we know breastfeeding moms need reliability, quality, and peace of mind.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — quickly and with kindness.

1. Refunds & Product Availability

All Made To Lactate products are subject to availability.

If a product is out of stock at the time of your order, we will — where possible — offer:

* A substitute product
* Store credit
* Or a full refund within 30 days

2. Our 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7 working-day return policy from the date of delivery only in the following cases:

* Damaged items
* Defective items
* Expired items

Because many of our products are perishable and produced in small, fresh batches, we cannot accept returns for any other reason — including change of mind or purchasing the wrong item — unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3. When We Replace Your Order (Free of Charge)

If your product arrives:

* Damaged
* Faulty
* Expired
* Or not what you ordered

Please contact us immediately.

If your claim is approved, we will replace the item at no cost to you and cover the courier fees related to the replacement shipment.

Please note:

* Replacement shipping will be arranged using a courier method selected by Made To Lactate.
* International replacement orders may still be subject to customs inspections or import procedures within the destination country.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns (Where Applicable)

Where a return is permitted by law for a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

* The product must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
* The return request must be submitted within the legally permitted timeframe
* Return courier/shipping costs are for the customer’s account
* A 10% handling and administration fee (calculated on the purchase price of the item) will be deducted from the refund amount

For international returns:

* Original shipping fees are non-refundable
* Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable
* Any return shipping or customs costs charged to Made To Lactate may be deducted from the refund amount

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

To ensure product safety and hygiene for all breastfeeding moms, the following items are non-returnable unless defective or supplied incorrectly:

* Opened or used products
* Perishable food items (including all lactation lattes, boosters, mixers, cookies, etc.)
* Personal care items (including nipple butter and skincare products)
* Custom, personalised, or special-order items
* Sale, promotional, discounted, or clearance items
* Hazardous materials or flammable goods
* Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending anything back.

6. Conditions for an Accepted Return

If your return is approved, the product must be:

* Unopened
* Unused
* In its original packaging
* In the same condition as delivered
* Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

7. International Shipping & Customs (Important)

International orders may be subject to:

* Customs duties
* VAT/import taxes
* Clearance fees
* Import inspections

These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Made To Lactate is not responsible for:

* Customs delays
* Import restrictions within your country
* Seized or destroyed parcels due to local import regulations
* Additional charges imposed by customs authorities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with their country’s import regulations before placing an order.

If an international parcel is returned to us due to:

* Unpaid customs charges
* Refused delivery
* Failure to collect the parcel
* Incorrect shipping information

Any original shipping fees, return courier charges, customs charges, or handling costs incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

This helps us resolve your request as quickly as possible.

If your return is approved, we will send you step-by-step return instructions.

9. Return Courier Requirements (Important)

All approved returns must be sent via courier directly to our office address.

Drop-off points or locker services (including BobBox, Pudo, or similar services) will not be accepted for returns.

Please note:
If the return is not due to a defect, damage, expiry, or an incorrect item supplied, courier/shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and the 10% handling fee will still apply.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Parcels

Made To Lactate is not liable for:

* Parcels marked as delivered but cannot be located afterward
* Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout
* Delays caused by customs processing or courier disruptions
* Parcels delayed due to international import procedures

However, we will always do our best to guide and assist you wherever possible. 💛
