Shipping Policy
At Made To Lactate, we know that pregnant and breastfeeding moms can’t wait weeks for their essentials. We do our best to get your order packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible. 💖
1. Order Processing Times
Priority Orders
Orders placed before 10:00 am (weekdays) are treated as priority orders and are processed and handed over to the courier the same working day, where possible.
Standard Orders
All other orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note that during product launches, promotions, sales periods, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeframes
South Africa Shipping
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery time depends on your location:
* Main centres: ± 1–2 working days
* Outlying / regional / remote areas: ± 3–5 working days
Please note: These timeframes are estimates only. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, load shedding, public holidays, high-volume periods, customs inspections, or issues on the courier’s side.

International Shipping
We are excited to now offer international shipping so that Made To Lactate can support moms around the world. 🌍
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier selected at checkout.
International Courier Options
We currently offer the following international courier services:
* Tunl Economy: ± 10–20 working days
* FedEx International Priority: ± 4–6 working days
* UPS Express Saver: ± 4–6 working days
Please note:
* Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
* Customs clearance procedures in the destination country may cause delays outside of our control.
* Certain countries may experience longer delivery times depending on local customs and courier networks.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
South Africa
Free shipping is available on all South African orders of R1000 or more (after discounts).
Orders below R1000 will be charged a courier fee, which is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
International Orders
International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
* Destination country
* Parcel weight and dimensions
* Courier selected
Please note that customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout.

4. Couriers We Use
We use Bob Go as our South African shipping partner to manage and coordinate deliveries. Bob Go works with a trusted network of couriers, including:
* The Courier Guy
* Internet Express
* RAM
* SkyNet
For international shipping, we work with:
* Tunl
* FedEx
* UPS
The courier used for your order will be selected automatically based on your delivery address, shipping method selected, and location, to ensure the most reliable and efficient service possible.

5. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking / waybill number.
To track your parcel:
1. Copy the waybill number from your shipping email
2. Visit:

3. Paste your tracking number into the tracking field to view the latest shipping updates
Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update after your parcel has been collected by the courier.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, Made To Lactate has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, original shipping fees and return courier costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

7. Delays & Support
If your South African order has not arrived within 5 working days after dispatch, you can contact Bob Go directly with your waybill number:

8. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
Made To Lactate cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with:
* Your order number
* Photos of the damaged parcel/products (if applicable)
* A description of the issue
We will work with the courier to investigate and assist wherever possible.
